LEADERSHIP COACHING (CERTIFICATE IN PERFORMANCE LEADERSHIP)- BRONZE

In a word - Coaching!
Our Leadership Coaching program is designed to guide directors, managers and leaders at all levels into a new appreciation of their own leadership potential and how to jump-start employee engagement through the implementation of a continuous improvement culture on their team.
This six month "BRONZE"program will take you on a journey of discovering who you are as a leader, how to be "comfortable in your skin" in that role and what that will look like to your team. You will explore the application of quick and effective methods for implementing continuous improvement on your team and discover how those are also powerful engagement boosters! And you will master the simple daily habits that will ensure the sustainability of that new high performing culture on your team.
Over the span of your coaching engagement you will have full access to your coach through email and by phone and will receive four coaching sessions per month in person.
After completion of the six month certificate program you may continue to receive coaching on a month to month basis at your discretion.

My experience with James:
